Hello, I’m Sharon – the heart behind Reiki by Sharon, based in the peaceful village of Tiddington, near Stratford-upon-Avon. I’ve been practising Reiki for over 10 years, offering a calm, grounded, and nurturing space for healing, reflection, and personal support.

Reiki works on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. In my sessions, clients often find relief from pain and tension while also experiencing powerful shifts in their emotional wellbeing. I see emotional healing as a key part of transformation: when old patterns, stresses, and hidden blocks are released, the body can relax, the mind can find clarity, and true healing can begin.

My sessions focus on energy alignment, chakra balance, and the gentle release of tension or discomfort. Each one is unique and guided by what you need in the moment — whether that’s relaxation, emotional release, relief from chronic pain, or simply the feeling of being held and supported.

I aim to meet you exactly where you are, with no pressure or expectations — just a gentle invitation to relax, receive, and allow your energy to settle. Grounding and calming are central to every session, and I often guide you to root gently into the earth, helping you feel safe, centred, and protected — especially if life feels chaotic or heavy.

Many clients notice a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and balance, and sessions may also support both emotional wellbeing and physical comfort over time. I also provide simple tools and exercises to continue your healing at home, helping you maintain balance between sessions.

Outside of one-to-one work, I run a friendly spiritual Facebook group, where I share Reiki wisdom, uplifting messages, meditations, card pulls, and gentle practices to support your energy and personal growth.

Helping others feel seen, supported, and energetically aligned is my true passion. I hold space with kindness, respect, and integrity, guiding you toward balance, calm, and reconnection with yourself.
