Appointments
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, kindly inform me at your earliest convenience. Depending on the delay, we may need to reschedule your session to another time.

Payment
Payment is required immediately after the session and can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer (on premises).

Cancellations and Missed Appointments
I kindly request 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. For last-minute cancellations or missed appointments, the full session fee will be required in advance for your next booking. If a gift certificate is being used and the session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of the certificate value will be forfeited.

Illness

• Practitioner Illness: If I am unwell, I will notify you promptly and reschedule your appointment for a suitable time.

• Client Illness: Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or any other contagious illness (e.g., fever, sore throat, flu-like symptoms). I reserve the right to refuse treatment if you arrive with visible symptoms of illness.

Parking
Parking may occasionally be available on my driveway. Please ensure you leave sufficient space for neighbours to access their property. On-street parking is also available, though parking is at your own risk.

Important Information

• Reiki is a complementary therapy and is not intended to replace medical treatment. If you have symptoms of illness, please consult your doctor.

• Reiki can safely be used alongside conventional medical treatments.

• Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions or recommend specific treatments. It is essential to seek advice from your doctor as needed.

• Do not make changes to prescribed medications or treatment plans without consulting your doctor. If you have a condition such as diabetes or high blood pressure, monitor your levels regularly, as Reiki may support your body’s natural balance, which could affect your treatment needs.
